Following the demise of 'Hatched' back in September, this time it's 'Emoov/Tepilo', having not reported a profit since starting in 2009 it seems nobody wants to take it on. None of us enjoy hearing of people losing their jobs, but gradually there's a realisation that when the going gets tough, up front fees and simply popping a few pictures on Rightmove, isn't enough. Sellers need professional advice at every stage and someone fighting their corner right through to moving day. Online just can't provide that service.
